Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days from the day you order.


We want you to love everything about your GWBW experience, from cruising our resources to shopping our products, from customer support to receiving and using your products. If you're not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. We wish we could offer free return shipping and someday we will when we are big enough to afford it.

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@gwbw.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


We will work quickly to process your refund. We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your choice of refund to original payment method or gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund but rest assured we will do our best to keep you informed of the status.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Please email orders@gwbw.com
