As we wake up each morning, there are immediate things around us to be grateful for. Whether it just be waking up, things we sense around us as our minds become alert, or mundane yet important things like breakfast and the weather, there is no shortage of things for which to feel thankful. The more we consciously practice an attitude of gratitude for these things, the better our lives become and the opportunities that present themselves every day for this type of gratitude should not be wasted! This episode is all about how to continually approach each day with this in mind. There may be times where we could have done better, where we feel we missed the mark or that things had been different, but as you will notice, each day is another chance to live out your best life and be the person that you want to be. Sarah covers some small tactics to stay on track with this pursuit, how our lives can align in surprising ways, and how talking and writing about our gratitude is a great daily practice.
