Summer Breeze

Lemon, Rosemary & Spearmint

Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and imagine you’re strolling through a Mediterranean garden. With the Summer Breeze blend, it’s easy to picture just that. Combining bright Lemon with nuanced Rosemary and a splash of Spearmint, I’m willing to bet the summer queen Litha herself wears this blend.

Lemon essential oil is not only refreshing, it also boosts the immune system by stimulating production of red and white blood cells. Rosemary, known for its fresh minty and woody aroma, can fight fatigue, lift spirits, and renew enthusiasm. Spearmint is a perennial favorite, mixing well with nearly any oil. It helps with digestive problems, headaches and respiratory health.

Smells Like: The wind frolicking through a seaside garden.

Smell Familiar? This blend is the popular scent found in Williams & Sonoma stores.

The Task-Buster

Lavender & Sweet Orange

Long sunny days have a way of filling themselves up. Summer is the busiest season for many people. If you find yourself multi-tasking and slashing through to-do lists, this blend is for you, combining two superheroes of the essential oil world.

Lavender oil is amazing for smoothing out the ups and downs of mood, easing you through stressful times, and helping you unwind. Considered to be the most popular aromatic herb, this powerhouse does it all, from easing anxiety to helping headaches and battling skin issues, and more. Similarly, Sweet Orange oil is Lavender’s super power twin. Orange oil works hard at multitasking, easing fear, chronic fatigue syndrome, mental exhaustion, PMS, and seasonal affective disorder. Nervous tension and stress will be gone within moments of diffusing this blend.

Smells Like: The citrusy sweet scent of knowing you are captain of your ship and heading in the right direction.

Pro Tip: Casey frequently adds basil, which helps alleviate stress and worry, low mood, and both mental and physical fatigue.

Casey’s House Blend

Spearmint, Lemongrass & Chamomile

This enchanting blend is Casey’s signature blend that’s always diffusing in at least one room at home. Energizing without being stimulating, it’s subtle enough to diffuse all day to maintain a fresh, comforting environment.

Spearmint alleviates headaches and assists in respiratory health. Spearmint’s invigorating aroma is energizing and the base for this oil blend. Lemongrass is a brightly noted oil, carrying with it the scent of lemons and freshly cut grass. Add calming Chamomile and you have a magical blend suitable for anytime, day or night.

Smells Like: Celestial Seasonings’ Sleepytime Tea.

Just a Thought: Scent is the most powerful memory-maker. Casey’s children have come to associate this beautiful scent with home and always have the ability to blend it up when they feel homesick. Consider crafting your own signature blend for an instant aromatic safe space, wherever you are.

Cabin Retreat

Cedar Wood & Lemongrass

Construct an instant summer retreat deep in the woods with a simple shake of a couple oil bottles.

Cedar Wood is an excellent oil for nervous tension and stress-related disorders. It is mild, sweet and woody…think freshly sharpened pencil. Lemongrass is a powerful mood lifter and memory enhancer. Think freshly sliced lemons & freshly cut grass. Indigestion, physical and mental exhaustion, and muscular pains are all alleviated when diffusing lemongrass.

Smells Like: Summer camp in the woods, minus the bug bites.

Bonus! Cedar Wood and Lemongrass are both natural insect repellents.

Beam Me Up, Sunshine.

Lemon, Grapefruit & Thyme

This zesty blend smells like sunbeams and will transport your mood from ho-hum to cloud nine in no time.

Lemon oil is a fantastic oil for detoxifying. Its scent helps to increase concentration and neutralize unpleasant odors. It is also wonderful for combating low energy and listlessness. Grapefruit is an excellent oil to reduce mental exhaustion and aid detoxification. Migraines and headaches will be kept at bay when diffusing grapefruit. Thyme is a lovely restorative addition to this blend, bringing with it analgesic and antimicrobial properties. This blend is bright, cheery and will assist with mental fatigue.

Smells Like: A power nap in a citrus orchard.

Behind the Scenes: In the middle of a rough day or bad mood? Thyme and Grapefruit is Casey’s go-to for a reset. Try it!
