Our crystals are carefully and thoughtfully curated and are never artificially colored, nor do we enhance the colors through photographic editing. We do sometimes brighten the lighting in our product photos but strive to share images that accurately represent the product.

All of our products are carefully and thoughtfully curated and never include artificial dyes or perfumes. All aromatherapy and scented items are made with 100% pure therapeutic-grade essential oils. Edible items are organic and non-genetically modified.
Crystals do a lot of work for you and your environment and may either get tired and require re-energization, or have absorbed so much negative energy or electrical smog that they need to be cleansed. Crystals can be energized by placing them in the light of the full moon, placing them on a Selenite plate or next to a generator Quartz. Crystals can be cleansed by smudging with Sage or Palo Santo, submerged in rice that will later be disposed of, or run under water for crystals that do not dissolve in water.

However, to get the highest effectiveness, we recommend beginning a relationship with every crystal individually to program and bond with them before mixing and matching other crystal energies and frequency effects. We also recommend you cleanse and charge your crystals first, to get the full benefit from them.

We cannot personalize or customize crystals or other products unless noted otherwise in the product description. We would be happy to help you find just the right crystal, or pick out crystals of a certain size, shape, color, etc., whenever feasible. Just shoot us a message!

We want you to love everything about your GWBW experience, but if you're not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To receive a refund, please ship the item back to us at 1093 Sleeping Child Rd/ Hamilton/ MT/59840. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a refund, please email us at hello@gwbw.com and we will be awaiting the return of the item.
We will notify you via email once we’ve received your returned goods. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or you can apply it to store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
